Return Policy

The following return policy complies with Greek and European regulations. The following return policy applies exclusively to purchases and transactions through hupa.gr.

 

For orders placed at hupa.gr

The visitor/user has the right to return the entire order or part of it without being obliged to announce the reason for the return or replacement of the products, within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt, in the following cases:

  1. In any case of sale wrong product due to proven fault of the company
  2. In cases where there was a problem or defect in the product covered by its warranty..
  3. In case the visitor/user selected the wrong product and wishes to replace it.
  4. In any case where the visitor/user changed their mind about the purchase and does not want the product.

For orders placed on marketplaces and other affiliate eshops

In case the order has been placed through one of our partner marketplaces, returns or changes must be made in accordance with the return and change policy of each respective marketplace. Dimitriadis S.A. and hupa.gr CANNOT process returns or changes. .

GENERAL TERMS OF RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL

In all cases, products must be returned in the condition in which they were received by the visitor/user—complete, undamaged, unaltered, and in their original packaging—accompanied by all documents and original purchase receipts. If the return is not made within the specified period or does not meet any of the requirements, the company reserves the right to refuse the return or replacement.

If the visitor/user requests a product replacement due to their own fault, they will bear the direct cost of both the return and the reshipping of the products. In cases where the return is due to a company error, the company will cover the cost of return and reshipment, provided the return is made exclusively via one of the company’s partner courier services.

The visitor/user has the right to request a refund within the withdrawal period, provided all return and withdrawal conditions are met. Refunds are processed by the company's accounting department within 10 working days from the receipt and inspection of the returned products. If the refund request is not due to a company error, the return shipping cost of €5 will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Note:Free shipping, where offered, does not apply to returns and reshipments under any circumstances.

SPECIAL TERMS OF RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL

  1. Returns of products that have been specially ordered for the visitor/user are not accepted.
  2. Returns of products that have been modified according to the visitor/user’s specifications are not accepted.
  3. Returns of products that cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons are not accepted.

According to Directive 2013/11/EU, which was incorporated into Greek law via Joint Ministerial Decision 70330/2015, consumers are now entitled to pursue Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedures throughout the European Union. If the customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person acting outside their professional capacity) and has any issue with a purchase made from our website, they may initiate the ADR process through the EU-wide Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at the relevant link.
