Product Warranty

Dimitriadis S.A. and hupa.gr follow the guidelines and laws applicable in the EU regarding warranties.

All products sold by hupa.gr come with a warranty of good quality and functionality as defined by their manufacturer and meet all safety specifications and quality protocols required.

As customer you have the right to ask any of the following without any charge:

1. Repair or replace the product
2. Reduce the price
3. Cancel the contract and reimburse them in full (in some countries, the sales contract cannot be cancelled if the fault is minor)

In case the defect has been caused by the consumer, or by force majeure in a narrow or broad sense, the warranty ceases to apply.

To claim warranty coverage, it is necessary to submit the relevant documents, if any, or the purchase receipt (receipt/invoice).
